"Chinatookdifferentinitiatives(toachieveitsaspirations),includingtheGlobalSecurityInitiativeandtheGlobalDevelopmentInitiative.TheBeltandRoadInitiativeisalsoessential,andmanycountriesarebenefitingfromprojectsunderit,"Mulualemsaid.

Mulualemsaidtheinternationalcommunity,particularlyAfricancountriesandtherestofthedevelopingworld,cantapChina"ssuccessfulexperienceinitspathtowardmodernizationinawaythatassurespeacefuldevelopmentaswellasharmonybetweenhumansandnature,andalleviatesabsolutepoverty.

"Chinahasalreadyshownthatitcanmanagecommonprosperityforitshugepopulation.Itworkstomakedevelopmentmoresustainableandrealizepeacefuldevelopment,ortodevelopinpartnershipwithothercountriesratherthantoprosperattheexpenseofothercountries.Chinaisalsoworkingtobringaboutpeacefortheworldatlarge,"hesaid.

TheexpertaddedthatChina"ssuccessesinitsmodernizationdrivearemainlyattributedtoitswell-tailoreddevelopmentapproachesacrossalldimensions.

"Todevelopwiththishugepopulationisnotaneasytask.Itneedsalotofactivitiestobedone--toexpandeducation,toexpandinnovation,toexpandpeaceintheregionandtheworldatlarge,"theexpertsaid.
