Lastyear,ChinesePresidentXiJinpingexchangedcongratulationsandheldatelephoneconversationwithhisGermancounterpartFrank-WalterSteinmeiertomarkthe50thanniversaryoftheestablishmentofdiplomaticrelations,providingstrategicguidanceforthedevelopmentofbilateralties,saidLi.
